Fortitude Roofing, a reputable roofing company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Roofer to join our team as a Crew Leader. As the Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of roofers to ensure the successful completion of roofing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew of roofers by providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and organize the daily tasks for the crew.
- Train and mentor junior roofers, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or safety hazards, taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other crews and departments to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and project progress.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Roofer.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of roofers effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
