Arthrex Richmond is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our fast-paced, dedicated team through our Sales Internship Program. At Arthrex Richmond, our focus is on people and the impact they can make to fulfill the Arthrex mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.
The Sales Intern will work directly with our team to learn about sales and operations in a medical device company. There will be hands-on experience that includes attending surgical cases in the operating room with sales reps, attending product and sales training opportunities, and spending time with the operations team to gain an understanding of inventory logistics and management. The program will include the opportunity to cultivate selling skills with the support and mentoring of experienced sales representatives and managers.
Internship Logistics:
- Paid Internship
- Full time / 8-10 weeks
- Position will be based in Richmond, VA with the potential for some regional travel outside of Richmond
- No company sponsored housing or relocation
- Company will pay facility credentialing fees for intern
- Program will provide networking opportunities, access to leadership, structured performance, and coaching
- Opportunity for a full-time job offer upon completion of the internship program
