This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth throughout an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, industry and product knowledge, with the ability to provide effective product solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and promote company products and services to customers, dealers, and industry professionals
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge related to exterior doors and building products
- Manage and grow assigned sales territory to achieve revenue goals
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Schedule and conduct regular customer follow-ups to maintain engagement and communicate new products or programs
- Utilize CRM platforms to manage customer activity, opportunities, and sales pipeline
- Assist in developing sales and marketing materials for customer presentations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in exterior door sales and/or building products sales
- Previous outside sales experience required
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and maintain a structured appointment schedule
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales objectives and deadlines

Salary : $70,000 - $140,000
