Experienced Welder – 2nd Shift Opportunity
About the Role We're seeking an experienced welder to join our team on 2nd shift. This position is ideal for candidates with at least a few years of welding experience —3–5 years or significantly more.
Responsibilities
- Weld, fabricate, and repair metal components using MIG, TIG, Stick, or other techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics to determine requirements
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Prepare and clean metal surfaces before welding
- Select and install welding consumables based on material and job specifications
- Operate and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper performance
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Communicate with supervisors and engineers to clarify specifications and provide updates
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years welding experience (more experience welcome)
- Strong knowledge of standard welding practices and procedures
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and processes
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Work Environment
- Workshop setting with moderate to loud noise levels
- Possible exposure to sharp objects, slippery surfaces, crowded areas, and moving or heated parts

Schedule & Benefits
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday:4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (occasional overtime)
