Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an SIA Licensed Door Supervisor in Bentonville, AR. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises and patrons, monitoring access control, managing crowds, and responding to incidents. Additional duties include performing regular patrols, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and venue policies.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active and valid SIA Door Supervisor license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing crowds and interacting with members of the public
- Experience in access control, incident monitoring, and handling security operations
- A professional and vigilant approach with attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
