Role Description
Fortis Property Management is seeking a full-time Marketing Representative to join their team on-site at the Winter Haven, FL location. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain residents, creating promotional materials, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with property teams to enhance community outreach efforts. Additional duties involve analyzing market trends and assisting with event planning to support leasing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
- Knowledge of Market Analysis, Campaign Strategy Planning, and Analytics
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency with Design Tools and Marketing Platforms such as Canva and CRM systems
- Experience in Real Estate or Property Management is a plus
