Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, VA, for a Surgical Technology Instructor. The Surgical Technology Instructor will be responsible for instructing students in surgical technology procedures and providing training and guidance for clinical practices. The role also includes evaluating student performance, preparing and delivering lectures, and ensuring that academic standards are
- Strong Communication and Training skills
- Experience in Education and Instruction
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Relevant certification or licensure in surgical technology
- Associate degree in Surgical Technology, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in clinical settings is a plus
- CST Certified
