This particular client is a small to mid-sized ( /- 100 person) MEP firm who specialize in Healthcare and their project portfolio includes: Science & Tech, Industrial, Educational, Civic/ Government, and Commercial.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ HIGHLY PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Design, equipment selection, component layout, site visits, client interface
• Prepare mechanical system construction documents, design, qc, calculations
• Project Management
• Revit, AutoCAD, Trane Trace
• HVAC system, ductwork, and hydronic design
• BSME or similar with 4 yrs. experience and an EIT or PE (strongly preferred)
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
