Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Client Service Specialist located any of our three WV offices - Buckhannon, Gassaway or Charleston. The Financial Client Service Assistant will provide support in managing client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and assisting with financial service-related tasks. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience, managing client documentation, and collaborating with team members to deliver streamlined services. This role requires a customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail to support the firm's high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and address their needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and a client-first approach to ensure exceptional service delivery and experience.
- Basic knowledge of Finance to support financial-related tasks and assist in addressing client inquiries regarding services.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative and professional team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., client management systems, Microsoft Office Suite) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a financial services or client-focused role is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
