We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide on-site deskside support for executive users, corporate office employees, and distributed field teams in a Windows-only environment. Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, this role will support Microsoft 365 and endpoint management technologies while delivering responsive, customer-focused technical assistance. The position offers growth opportunities in cybersecurity and IT service management.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support and on-site deskside assistance to executive users, corporate employees, and distributed field teams.
- Deliver user support for Windows desktops, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and endpoint issues.
- Install and configure software and supported desktop technologies.
- Provision and manage user accounts in accordance with established processes.
- Manage support tickets, including documentation, prioritization, and escalation to the IT Service Desk Manager when appropriate.
- Monitor systems and endpoints to help identify and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain knowledge documentation for recurring support procedures and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in desktop support.
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- CompTIA A certification.
- Experience with Windows administration and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory and endpoint management.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience.
