Duties: As a Production Welder, you will:
- Weld and fabricate hollow metal doors and frames to company specifications
- Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel components
- Operate welding and metal fabrication equipment safely
- Grind, clean, and finish welds for a professional appearance
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow company safety procedures and quality expectations

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to safely lift up to 100 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Welding experience preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right individual
- Clean driving record preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening if required
