At Fortifi Bank, our Loan Operations team plays a critical role in creating great experiences for both our clients and lending teams. As a Loan Operations Specialist II, you'll use your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and operational expertise to support loan documentation, funding, quality control, and other key lending functions.

Job Details:
- Prepare loan closing documents for commercial, real estate, consumer, and HELOC loans
- Perform loan funding activities
- Maintain and update loan systems and records
- Conduct quality control reviews and file audits
- Identify and resolve documentation deficiencies
- Generate and review reports
- Provide support across multiple loan operations functions
- Assist with compliance, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
- Three or more years of banking or loan operations experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of loan documentation, funding, and operational processes
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Desire to learn, grow, and support fellow team members
