As a Wellness Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating a variety of recreational programs and activities, from sports and classes to cold plunges and spa services. With your high energy and enthusiasm, you'll inspire and engage both guests and team members, creating a fun and memorable environment for all.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the wellness or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and the ability to develop and implement engaging recreational programs
• Knowledge of various recreational activities and equipment
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
