Production Technician (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking materials for work orders, assembling components, and following detailed work instructions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare materials for work orders according to specifications.
• Assemble and handle parts using various hand tools.
• Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Assist with general production tasks as assigned.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Soldering experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and a good team player.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
