Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rental properties between guest stays, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure fresh supplies for each guest
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines
- Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure the property is fully prepared for new arrivals
- Conduct detailed inspections of each property to identify maintenance needs or damages and report them promptly
- Manage floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management
