1st Shift Fiberglass Gel Coater (Monday- Friday 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM)
*Experience, preferred & pay based on experience!
Overtime as necessary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment, including respirator
- Lead by continuous example and continually act as a team player
- Follow Work Order Instructions to ensure pigment and coating is done correctly
- Waxing and taping mold prior to painting
- Inspecting and ensuring all debris is wiped or cleared from the part prior to painting
- Ensuring mixing barrel (MVP Machine) is prepped prior to painting
- Communicate with coworkers for any issues regarding quality
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Ability to operate pneumatic tools
- Ability to inspect parts and differentiate between pigments
- Ability to maintain excellent safety and attendance records
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisor, and plant supervisor in a courteous manner
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including overtime
- Ability to read and understand Work Order Forms
- Ability to move throughout the department, move and position parts onto the shop table or press.
