Description
This position is responsible for coordinating sample order completions with the Customer Service and Production Teams as well as the shipping carrier (i.e. Fedex). As part of a 2 person team, the individual will package and ship sample orders and components after entering into AX. Individual is responsible for meeting lead time commitments

This position is responsible for coordinating sample order completions with the Customer Service and Production Teams as well as the shipping carrier (i.e. Fedex). As part of a 2 person team, the individual will package and ship sample orders and components after entering into AX. Individual is responsible for meeting lead time commitments
- Coordinate sample order completions with CSR team and Production Team as well as the Shipping Carrier.
- Package and ship sample orders and components after entering into AX.
- Answer and prioritize emails responsibly and professionally
- Ensuring 5 day lead times are met for Sample orders
- Gather/pull samples per daily schedule
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 2-3 years materials and/or warehouse experience
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of handling materials
- Knowledge of wood and skin species
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AX
- Must be able to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication, organization and paperwork skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Fast paced
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have high attention to detai
