Samples/Ltl

Description

This position is responsible for coordinating sample order completions with the Customer Service and Production Teams as well as the shipping carrier (i.e. Fedex). As part of a 2 person team, the individual will package and ship sample orders and components after entering into AX. Individual is responsible for meeting lead time commitments

• Coordinate sample order completions with CSR team and Production Team as well as the Shipping Carrier.
• Package and ship sample orders and components after entering into AX.
• Answer and prioritize emails responsibly and professionally
• Ensuring 5 day lead times are met for Sample orders
• Gather/pull samples per daily schedule

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 2-3 years materials and/or warehouse experience
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Knowledge of handling materials
• Knowledge of wood and skin species
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AX
• Must be able to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication, organization and paperwork skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Fast paced
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have high attention to detai
