Candidates will learn the following:
- Assist one of the highest producing teams at Forte Capital Group with on-boarding of new clients that consist of Ultra High Net Worth or Institutional accounts.
- Create, manage and update database of qualified prospects
- Email and phone connecting
- How to review new product offerings in Private Equity through our institutional private shares program.
- How to analyze tear sheets and Private Placement Memorandums for both existing and new Private Equity positions. Price to Sales, Enterprise Value, Exit multiples, Comp analysis.
- How to synthesize granular and dense information into a concise and easy to understand presentation.
- You will learn the structure of an effective presentation - We believe it is important to be knowledgeable but equally important to be able to communicate your idea to different audiences and levels of sophistication.
Candidates should have the following qualities:
- MUST have Good/Great communication skills, grammar and English lexicon.
- A self-starter able to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with an open mind and eager to learn and work in team-focused setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel.
- Knowledge of financial markets is a plus but not required as a lot will be learned during the internship.
