Job Description:
Forté Cannabis is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our products, engaging with customers, budtenders and enhancing the overall brand experience during in-store events. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Forté Cannabis at various retail locations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Forté Cannabis at retail locations during vendor day events.
- Engage with customers, providing information about our products and answering any questions they may have.
- Distribute samples and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Set up and manage promotional displays and ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing Forté Cannabis.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and knowledge of Forté Cannabis products.
- Availability on week and weekend evenings, specifically Thursday, Friday, and Saturday until 7 PM (The latest end time for vendor day events.).
- Ability to work in 3-hour time windows for vendor day events.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage event setups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a brand ambassador role.
- Experience in the cannabis industry or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
