The Audio-Visual Support Supervisor will be dedicated to one of our key Enterprise customers. This person serves as the primary lead responsible for overseeing the performance, availability, and effectiveness of enterprise audiovisual environments across all operational sites. This role provides strategic operational leadership, manages AV service delivery, ensures high-quality user experience, and coordinates vendor performance.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Oversee daily AV service operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining system performance.
- Lead weekly operational reviews, covering metrics, incidents, and project updates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service quality.
- Coordinate installations, upgrades, and system improvements with IT, Facilities, and AV vendors.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of collaboration technologies.
- Maintain structured reporting on system health, performance metrics, and user feedback.
- Provide leadership for onsite and remote support teams, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Oversee onboarding, transition processes, and continuity of service staffing requirements.
- Coordinate technical support for high-visibility meetings and executive events.
What You Bring to Assure Success:
- Experience managing enterprise audiovisual or collaboration technology environments.
- Strong vendor management, service delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High-level understanding of AV systems such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron Flex, and digital signage.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and customer experience management. Ability to interpret and present data, trends, and insights for operational decision-making.
