Role Description The High School Counselor is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX. This role provides comprehensive counseling services to high school students, including academic guidance, social-emotional support, and college and career planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, developing and reviewing student academic plans, and helping students explore postsecondary options. The counselor collaborates with teachers, administrators, families, and community partners to support student success and coordinate interventions when needed. Qualifications
