Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in Fort Worth, TX. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring sound fiscal management. The CFO will analyze financial data to guide strategic decision-making, maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance management to oversee budgets and guide fiscal policies.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to maintain transparency and accuracy.

- Experience in regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and financial software systems is a plus.
