What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Services Representative - Headquarters position at Fort Worth Community Credit Union?
Work hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm, and 2 Saturdays per month 8:30am - 12:30pm.
Summary: Financial Services Representative duties include opening new accounts, establishing IRAs, issuing ATM/debit cards, cross-selling credit union products and services, and assisting members with lending services (providing general lending information to members, taking loan applications, and preparing loans for credit approval and disbursal).
Requirements: Candidates must have excellent customer service abilities. A minimum of 1-year recent financial institution experience is required, preferably in a credit union. Necessary skills include knowledge of basic office functions: IT skills (maneuvering around Windows, browser-based programs, email); strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with tact and professionalism. Experience with XP2 and/or Meridian Link is helpful.
Additional Information: This position may be required to float to other branches when necessary, as determined by Operations management. Candidates must be willing to commute to other locations as needed, and have reliable transportation. When the work location is a branch other than the Headquarters office, mileage will be reimbursed according to company policy.
