The Maintenance Foreman is reponsible for Preventative, Emergency & Routine Maintenance on all FWH properties & equipment. Daily Safety & Health Inspections, Maintenance & Cleaning. Property Security.
Provide direction and guidance to staff as needed, ensuring safety of staff and guests at all times
- Prioritize tasks and ensure completion of tasks
- Record calls & action taken daily
- Recommend & provide necessary training needed for staff to be fully competent in all areas of Hotel Maintenance (ie: basic PTAC cleaning & repair, plumbing, electrical)
The Fort William Henry is an 18-acre resort overlooking the southern basin of beautiful Lake George, N.Y. We consist of various restaurants, retail shops as well as a Fort Museum from the French and Indian War. The company has been in business at this location for over 70 years
Salary : $25
