Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, PsyD) – Fort Wayne, IN
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, in person

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults facing substance abuse and mental health concerns
- Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients toward measurable progress
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians in a team-based care model
- Support patients and families with education around coping strategies, recovery, and mental wellness
- Respond with empathy and professionalism during crises or escalation
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or PsyD
- Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
