What You'll Do as an Entry Level Account Representative:
- Meet with customers and clients in person to discuss telecommunications, internet, and fiber solutions offered by Frontier.
- Present and sell Frontier products and services, tailoring packages to each customer's specific needs.
- Build and manage client relationships through follow-ups, support, and account reviews.
- Track and manage sales goals, account activity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account setup and service delivery.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to territory growth.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and Frontier updates to stay competitive.
