About the Role
- Part-time 3 days a week (weekdays)
- No evening or weekend work requirements
- Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding days, round and go environment, and 48-hours allowed for chart completion (remote charting preferred)
- Autonomous work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
- Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
- Experience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life
- Professional growth: access ongoing training resources to enhance your skills and stay current in the field
- Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated compensation range of $40,165 to $50,598 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Paid professional liability insurance and tail coverage
- LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Florida (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role)
- A minimum of 1 year experience preferred as an LMHC/LMFT post program completion
- Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adult populations
