POSITION TITLE: Hourly Childcare Worker
FLSA: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Director of Adult Education
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 8:30 - 12:30 Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. 5:00 - 8 Mondays and Wednesdays.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess good communication skills.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Highly self motivated.
**This is a grant-funded position through the Adult Education Section of the Division of Workforce Services.**

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain emotional control under stress.
Childcare provider.
Keeping accurate records, providing supervision for children, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Other duties as assigned by administration.
