Summary
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Security Manager is responsible for assisting in the leadership and administration of security operations at Fort Sill Apache Casino Hotel (ACH). Will lead security operations with security personnel 24/7. They will provide oversight, general leadership, and direction to security staff. Additionally, will improve the security posture of the property. The Security Manager will oversee all non-exempt team members in the department may have other direct reports depending on the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in casino security, with 3 years in security management role, with an AA degree in Criminal Justice or Risk Management and/or a combination of education and Casino Security management.
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Strong Customer Service orientation.
- Possess experience in Rules of Evidence, interviewing techniques, working within the judicial system, at least 2 years’ experience3 in door access and key control programs, report writing, and job performance evaluations.
- Proven ability to work effectively with team members including management, and regulatory agency personnel.
- Proven track record to oversee and lead multiple projects and handle acute incidents (medical, workplace violence)
- Ability to develop and manage department budget.
- Strong computer skills and an effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with security-related management, information, and reporting systems.
- Experience in conducting investigations including criminal, security, and safety.
- Tactical and managerial experience with Lenel Security systems and requirements, and CIP reporting, including incident report writing.
- In-Depth knowledge of federal, state laws, local ordinances and regulations pertaining to security, surveillance, life/safety requirements, and applicable elements of employment law.
- Experience with and knowledge of applicable federal, state, and/or regulatory agency reporting requirements regarding security and gaming surveillance.
- Aptitude to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to operate various types of equipment used in your department, for example personal computers, two-way radios and other departmental-related equipment, printers, copy machines, facsimile machines, and telephone.
- Active First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to travel to other properties and respond to emergencies after-hours as needed.
- Must have a drivers license and be able to be insured on Apache Casino Hotel company insurance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license with FSAGC.
