Essential Functions

- Responsible for set up of rooms and function areas for concerts, other entertainment and events with designated tables, chairs, staging, pipe and drape, dance floor, flipcharts, easels, blackboards and other equipment as specified by group requirements and in accordance with departmental standards
- Be responsible for the receiving and delivery of Marketing give away items.
- Repair and maintain as needed event center components to include stage, lighting, lifts, flooring and walls.
- Move sound and lighting equipment into and out of the Event Center from trucks and trailers
- Be aware of all functions and activities in the Hotel/Casino during the shift, and provide consistently efficient service at all times, anticipating guests’ needs and requests
- On event conclusion, tear-down, cleaning and maintenance of rooms and function areas, ensure tables, chairs and other equipment is clean and in proper working order
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility, placing and handling equipment with care to avoid accidents, breakage or damage
- Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violation
- Perform other duties (including other concert-related duties) as assigned by reporting supervisor

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential job functions.
While performing job duties the team member may occasionally be required to sit, and will regularly be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and move about the casino, event center and hotel areas. The team member will stand for prolonged periods, and walk, bend, twist, turn, grab, grip, sort and stack, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member may lift, push, pull or otherwise move up to 75 pounds, and move or push goods on a hand cart/truck. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing job duties the team member is regularly exposed to risks in a casino environment and risks associated with travel between buildings and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands. The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand environmental smoke. The team member will likely be exposed to excessive noise and a high volume of guest and team member contact and servicing in a fast-paced environment. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to heavy, and there are fluctuations in lighting due to flashing lights from slot machines and band lighting.
At a minimum, the selected candidate will be required to pass a background check and drug-screening test.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of light and heavy equipment operation and maintenance preferred.
- Aptitude to work independently, displaying strong work ethic and teamwork.
- Ability to measure distances accurately, and to read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a work permit from the Fort Sill Apache Gaming Commission.
