It is our mission to seek out and develop team members with exceptional ability. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead and assist on a variety of CAD/CAM projects and program management within our CNC machining department.
Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, create and implement innovative technical activities and solutions working together with the Plant Manager and team managers to significantly improve Delivery, Quality, Cost and Service within our CNC machining department
- Assist in design and implementation for new product within the CNC machining department
- Participate in problem-solving teams to determine true root cause and deploy permanent solutions
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong technical analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership of assigned area/project
