We are currently seeking entrepreneurial, self-motivated, team-oriented professionals ready to elevate their careers. We currently have an exciting opportunity for experienced FINRA licensed advisors who have achieved high levels of success in advising clients as well as in business development. As a registered Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) of Fort Pitt, You will have access to:

Candidates are required to have an active Series 65 or Series 7 & Series 66 or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) to be eligible and considered for this role.


What You'll Do

  • Required to satisfy or exceed annual production goals
  • Generate new business through client acquisition
  • Advise clients
  • Collaborate with other like-minded advisors


What You’ll Bring

  • Active Series 65 or Series 7 and Series 66 certification is required

Preference will be given to candidates who hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation, or Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation, or those who are committed to obtaining these qualifications within a specified time frame

  • A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in delivering direct client advice is required for this position
  • Proven track record of developing business successfully through traditional channels
  • High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required

While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we welcome candidates who possess a combination of relevant experience and education


About The Position

  • 100% in-office work environment
  • Green Tree, PA location (Foster Plaza)
  • An active Series 65or Series 7 & Series 66 or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) is required
  • Reports to the Director of Sales
  • No direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions on the team
  • Regular Full-Time
  • Exempt/No Overtime
  • Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Frequent travel to client meetings and networking events is expected for this position
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly production bonus opportunities
