Position: ABA Therapist
Location: In-Home Care
Shifts: Overnight shifts, Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $18/hour
Team: Work alongside another ABA Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate closely with another ABA therapist to ensure consistent care.
- Provide support and interventions in an in-home environment.
- Utilize effective strategies to manage and reduce aggressive behaviors.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with autism, particularly in managing aggressive behaviors.
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts.
