What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Fort Lowell Realty?
About us
Fort Lowell is a family owned and operated that has been in operation since 1981. Currently, our Google review is a 4.8 / 5.0. This is because of our sophisticated company infrastructure, culture, and programs enable our property managers to be the best they can be!
Work Remotely:
We've been remote for years. You do not have to come into the office. That said, this is real estate. Therefore a property manager must meet clients, lease properties (we use Rently boxes to reduce visits), inspect, perform emergency visits, etc.
Schedule
It is remote so there is no exact clock in/out time. There is an ebb and flow in management.
Position Summary
This position is designed for experienced residential property managers. That said, our mentoring program is usually between 6-8 months while you learn the ropes of how FLR operates, your properties, clients, and tenants.
