Qualifications
Education/Training:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required or equivalent
- Minimum of (2) years experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of basic community and business development concepts. Ability to interpret and communicate data from statistical reports.
- Knowledge of key internal/external health-care environments. Knowledge of programs.
- Demonstrates superior customer service skills to external and internal customers.
- Knowledge of senior management credentials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet corporate deadlines, and skill in organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task between accounts and/or referral sources.
- Work territory and accounts as assigned.
- Knowledge of the terms 'Account' and 'Call'. Account is defined as any referral source. No one Marketing coordinator with be solely responsible for an Account. Call is defined as a meeting or interaction with a potential referral source. More than one 'Call' can be performed in a single place.
