What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide/Dish Washer position at Fort Hudson Nursing Center?

Assist in the preparation and assembly of resident meals as well as the sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas. Assist in the ware washing procedures of each meal service. Stands for long periods of time throughout the workday. May work with various kitchen equipment and in extreme temperatures. May also bend, lift and push items. Subject to working in a wet environment. Required handling of food waste and various forms of garbage. Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted.

Shift: Full Time 6:30a-2:30p -- weekend availability is a must.
