What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Fort Hudson Nursing Center?
Nutritional Services Cook will assist in the production of both lunch and supper meals as well as assisting in catered functions and holiday meals. Candidate must be familiar with food preparation, dining room and tray line operations. Able to organize, prepare and cook all foods. Candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness/sanitation of work areas. Has the ability to bend and lift 50 pounds. Person should be flexible with hours and a team player. Should enjoy working with the elderly population. Candidate will be able to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions. Experience is needed.
