We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber with a well-rounded residential plumbing skill set to join our team.

We are looking for a long-term team member who has the ability and ambition to grow into a leadership position and eventually lead a crew of approximately three employees.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a well-rounded Journeyman Plumber with strong residential construction experience and a high standard for workmanship. Our work is primarily focused on small new-construction projects of eight units or fewer, high-end renovations, and custom homes. The right candidate should be comfortable working on projects where attention to detail, planning, coordination, and finish quality matter.
Experience should include:
- Ground-up residential plumbing construction
- High-end residential renovations and additions
- Custom home plumbing
- Rough-in and finish plumbing
- Water, waste, and vent piping
- Gas piping
- Fixture installation, including high-end plumbing fixtures
- Reading plans, specifications, and plumbing layouts
- Laying out plumbing systems efficiently before installation
- Coordinating work with builders, general contractors, electricians, HVAC contractors, and other trades
- Identifying potential conflicts and solving problems before they affect the project
- Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites
- Producing consistent, high-quality work with close attention to detail
Experience with hydronic heating, boilers, radiant systems, or other mechanical systems is a strong plus. We are looking for someone who can work independently today, while also having the ability and desire to grow into a leadership role and eventually take responsibility for a small crew.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

A current plumbing license is required as applicable in our jurisdiction.
