Fort HealthCare is a patient-centered hospital and healthcare system serving individuals, businesses and families in Jefferson, Dane, and Walworth Counties. We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Reception team.

This individual is the first contact visitors have with Fort Healthcare. Excellent customer service is needed to handle a variety of situations promptly and efficiently. This position will enhance the Patient Experience.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Greets all visitors and patients to Fort Healthcare with a smile and friendly demeanor.
- Provides additional hospitality as needed including helping to call for rides, providing directions and assisting Partners.
- Assists visitors with their needs, including class registration and patient room access/directions.
- Maintains Lost and Found. Contacts owners to recover found items.
- Provides backup coverage support to Switchboard.
- Promotes seamless care to the patient by communicating effectively the RESPECT values with staff, patients and providers.
Requirements of this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year of customer service experience required
- Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to use Windows programs
