What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service - Cafeteria Manager (FC) position at Fort Crook Elementary?
Applications are being accepted for a 7 hour per day Cafeteria Manager position at Fort Crook Elementary. The Cafeteria Manager is primarily responsible for the building cafeteria. Duties include inventory maintenance, ordering food supplies and storage of all food, as well as maintaining standards set by the State Health Department and State Food Service Office. The qualified applicant will manage the day to day food service program while serving the needs of the staff and students. The candidate must be friendly, flexible, team, and people oriented. Applicants must be able to lift at least 40 pounds. Required qualifications are that the applicant not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself or others with or without reasonable accommodations, and must be capable of regularly attending to the duties of the position assigned and for the duration of the assignment. This position is subject to a veterans preference. Duty hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m
*Satellite Managers will prepare food in bulk and send to designated schools.
