Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting supplements and health products tailored to their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits to educate customers and encourage sales
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipts
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and inviting
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items
- Perform stock replenishment, inventory checks, and manage product inventory levels effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product demos, and maintaining phone etiquette
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially supplement stores
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Experience supervising or leading others is beneficial but not required; leadership qualities are valued
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, cash handling, and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with merchandising standards in retail environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours as needed
