The Fort is looking for enthusiastic people to join our sales team, offering both part-time and flexible schedules. As a Sales Associate, you'll help create a memorable shopping experience for our guests and support our team!
Location: We're hiring at our Lincoln location. This role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, including half of all weekends. We are looking for both full-time and part-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with team members in a learning environment
- Achieve daily sales and customer service goals
- Build trust and positive relationships with customers
- Dress in The Fort apparel during shifts
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work 50% of weekends and 75% of holidays (required during peak season)
