This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Missouri City, TX. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing tasks such as coordinating schedules, preparing reports and presentations, handling expense reports, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves serving as a point of contact between executives and internal/external parties and ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within the office environment.
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring organized workflows
- Experience with Expense Reports, including processing, tracking, and reconciling expenses
- Strong Executive Support skills, encompassing high-level organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Previous experience in educational or public sector settings is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
