What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Staff position at Fort Armstrong Assisted Living?
Duties
Preventative Maintenance, management of apartment repairs & apartment turnovers
· Plumbing repairs including leaks, drains, toilets, fixture replacements
· Electrical maintenance including switches, plugs, lights, fans, ect
· General building repairs
. Plaster and paint
· Completing assigned work orders
Qualifications
· Skilled in the use of hand tools, electrical repair tools, shop tools.
· Skilled in plaster and painting.
· Carpentry skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English; capable of documenting work accurately and following safety guidelines diligently.
· Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Background check required.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
