What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Early Childhood Center position at Forsyth R-III School District?
Forsyth Elementary School is accepting applications for a responsible, friendly Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our soon to be opened Early Childhood Center. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Google Docs/Spreadsheets and office equipment. Job duties include, but are not limited to calling and organizing substitutes, daily and monthly attendance tracking, processing purchase orders, and processing student enrollment data. A Missouri substitute certificate is also required as part of this position due to periods during the day of supervising student classrooms.
The candidate must have experience working with the public, computer experience, and the ability to multitask. This is a 10-month position with benefits. The position will stay open until filled. Anticipated start date for this position is December 8, 2025.
