Overview: This position facilitates and manages employee relations on behalf of the Library. This position is directly involved in the more complex aspects such as conflict resolution, career development, legal compliance, and system wide training needs.
Hourly Pay: $32.00 (Exempt)

Schedule: Full-time, exempt status. Work schedule primarily involves weekday, daytime hours.
Responsibilities:
- Performs employee relations functions including conflict resolution.
- Plans and coordinates training needs of all FCPL staff.
- Employee Morale & Retention.
- Exit interviews & Succession Planning.
Requirements:
Minimum:
- 5 - 10 years of experience with human resources functions.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, policy writing, and oral and written communications.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets & Slides).
Preferred:
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, OR IPMA-CP/SCP)
