About the role
We are partnering with a leading omnichannel retailer that is investing heavily in enterprise wide transformation. The Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation will play a key role in turning long term strategy into executable initiatives. This is a strategic, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of corporate strategy and the business, with close collaboration across digital, stores, supply chain and loyalty.
Responsibilities - Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation:
- Work with senior leaders to translate 12–24 month strategic visions into clear objectives, key results and portfolios of work.
- Define and prioritise enterprise transformation initiatives, shaping scope, success measures and sequencing.
- Build and maintain transformation roadmaps across domains such as, Customer and loyalty experience, Retail media and data driven marketing, Digital and store experience, Supply chain and inventory optimisation (including future AI enabled capabilities)
- Partner with product, technology and data teams to connect business goals with enabling capabilities, while remaining primarily rooted in the business.
- Lead structured problem solving, hypothesis driven analysis and storylining to influence senior stakeholders.
Must Have Requirements - Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation:
- Strong background in strategy, transformation or corporate development, ideally with consulting experience plus in-house exposure.
- Ability to turn high-level strategy into sequenced initiatives and OKRs.
- Strong programme and stakeholder management skills with an influence-led, consultative style.
- Comfortable partnering with tech and data teams, with enough digital understanding to frame opportunities and constraints.
- Experience in consumer/retail, grocery or other omnichannel, customer-centric sectors preferred, modern banking also relevant.
- Hands-on operator who creates high-quality materials personally, not just oversees others.
Salary : $155,000
