Summary
Forsyth Barnes are working with a professional sports team to recruit a Partnership Activation Manager/Director. This individual will take ownership of one of the club’s most significant commercial partners, serving as the main relationship lead and ensuring all sponsorship rights are delivered to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a flagship partner, building a strong, long-term relationship.
- Lead on activation planning and delivery across matchday, digital, social and co-branded campaigns.
- Ensure all creative and marketing assets are aligned with both brands.
- Produce recap reports to demonstrate ROI and highlight growth opportunities.
- Collaborate internally to integrate partner objectives across the club.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in sponsorship activation, partnerships, marketing is essential
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with experience handling senior-level client relationships.
- Bilingual (essential) or trilingual (preferred) (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
