Job Description

Our client is seeking an SMB Account Executive to drive new revenue across North America. You will own the full sales cycle end to end and play a key role in expanding the customer base. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast moving startup environment and enjoys building long term relationships with finance teams and senior decision makers.


The role includes occasional travel and collaboration with US based customers and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiation and close
  • Build relationships with finance teams and C level leaders across SMB segments in North America
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Represent the company at events, conferences and industry gatherings
  • Act as the voice of the customer and share insights that help shape product and strategy


Requirements

  • 4 years of B2B sales experience with consistent success in revenue growth within fintech, SaaS or financial services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for finance and executive audiences
  • A proactive and driven mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate across time zones
  • Degree preferred but not required
