Job Summary:
Looking for a highly experienced Senior RCA Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, environment setup, security architecture, integrations, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and technical leader who can partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical architecture and end-to-end solution design on the Salesforce platform (Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Design scalable and maintainable solutions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with best practices.
Define and manage environment strategy, including sandboxes, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Collaborate with enterprise security teams to define and implement robust security models, including OAuth, SSO, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Architect and oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide the implementation of coding standards, performance tuning, and best practices.
Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards.
Support Salesforce DevOps strategy, tools setup (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins), and automated deployment pipelines.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their impact and guiding adoption strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
12–15 years of overall IT experience with at least 8 years on Salesforce platform architecture and development.
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and platform events.
Strong experience with environment and release management strategies.
Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-grade integrations.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture and governance models.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT, Gearset, Jenkins).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading multi-vendor technical teams.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Additional certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, Sharing & Visibility Designer) are a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience with data migration strategies and tools (e.g., Data Loader, Talend, Informatica).
Exposure to non-Salesforce cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/ Azure).
